Let me tell you,
1971-72 were busy years for a lot of people.
How do I know that?
Because I'd never been to a 40th birthday party until last year.
And now...
I've been to like 10.
And let me tell you something about 40 year olds.
They know how to throw a good party.
I'm talking the food, the drinks, the entertainment...
can't be beat.

Anyways, today I'm just dreaming about a party.
I woke up in a bit of a bad mood.
But all this reminiscing has done a bit of a cleansing...
out with the bad and in with the good!
And I'm about to create my own mini-party.
Got my pre-10 am Diet Coke and some good beats to boot.
I have a feeling...
it's gonna be a good day.

ReplyDeleteWow that photo of 70's reminds me a lot of things really...the fashion of 70's was very loud and the parties were full of noises...really that was an awesome time..
